The program is administered through Sophos Central, a web based portal. Intercept X is targeted at businesses with need of multiple seat licenses, but unless I'm mistaken, there are ways a home user could purchase a single seat license for Intercept X. Intercept X just adds use of artificial intelligence (AI). If I understand correctly they are both essentially anti-exploit software. Then I became aware of Sophos' new enterprise anti-exploit product, Intercept X. I am interested in HitmanPro.Alert, which I understand now belongs to Sophos. And I feel this has served me well so far, however I think it may be wise to complement NOD32 with a dedicated anti-exploit, as long as it is not too resource hungry and does not conflict with NOD32. I currently use ESET NOD32 as my only active anti-malware program, which does include some anti-exploit features. I am considering adding an active (memory resident) anti-exploit program to my system.
